Secondary changes brought about by the update include added parental controls and a panoramic photo setting to the PS Vita options. There’s also an improved Friends app that will go in line with the PS4’s expanded friends list.

The update will also now allow the PS Vita to connect to PS3 consoles thanks to the Content Manager app that now works over Wi-Fi.

Finally, the PS Vita will now be able to view PS4 trophies and at the same time have an automatic update option.
