Optus is giving its My Plan subscribers an amazing upgrade that allows them to share their mobile plan’s data across multiple devices, like tablets, pocket Wi-Fi or USB modem, ensuring that every megabyte of their plan is maximised.

The new Optus My Plan will be able to let users share their mobile plan’s data up to five mobile devices with no ongoing fees. The new plans will still have unlimited standard national calls, SMS and MMS, and up to 50GB of included data per month.

“These plans build on the breakthrough My Plan products we launched last year. Once again, we’re delivering on our commitment to provide industry-leading products that dramatically change how consumers use data. These are our best plans yet. We’re confident our customers will love them and these plans will convince more consumers to join Optus.” – Paul O’Sullivan, Country Chief Officer, Optus Australia.

There’s also a one-off $5 set-up fee per device and an additional $10 per extra 1GB per month in case the 5GB isn’t enough for you. Moreover, Optus is not placing any lock-in contracts so consumers can keep the phone they want with an all new SIM-only version of My Plan.

Optus services over 98.5% of the Australian population so consumers will be sure that they will be using a reliable and robust mobile network for making calls and browsing the web. Optus will start offering the new My Plan starting June 10.
