Nokia today announced The Nokia 225 and 225 Dual-SIM Series 30 feature phones, which just like other low-end Nokia handset aims to provide faster internet access to phone owners on a budget.

The two models boast the largest non-touch LCD screens in the Finnish company’s lineup at 2.8 inches with QVGA resolution. The phones come preloaded with Nokia Xpress Browser that compresses data when you’re browsing the internet to enable lower data usage and improved load times.

Both phones also come with Facebook, Twitter and Bing search preinstalled. In terms of memory, the Nokia 225 comes with a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB cards. There’s also a 2MP camera at the back, an FM Radio and Bluetooth v3.0 with SLAM – a file sharing solution similar to NFC.

The phone offers almost 36 days of standby time and will come in different colour options including red, yellow, green, black and white and should be available in select markets within the next three months for around 40 euros.
