Samsung may have the upper hand when it comes to the smartphone market but Nokia can still be considered as the leader when it comes to feature phones. And today, the Finnish company has announced another feature phone that shows its expertise in making such handsets.

The Nokia 515 unlike other feature phones in the market is made from a single piece of anodised and sandblasted aluminium complemented by a gently-curved and polarized Gorilla glass 2 panel and a keyboard made from hardened polycarbonate resin.

The handset sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display, a 5MP camera with voice-activated self-portraits 256MB of on-board storage and a microSD card that supports up to 32GB. The phone will be powered by a 1200mAh battery, which according to Nokia should last up to 38 days of stand-by using a single SIM.

The Nokia 515 is expected to ship in Q3 2013 starting in Russia, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. It will be priced around US$149 before taxes and subsidies.
