Australia isn’t usually the first country to get the fresh tech ahead of the US, but this week is different thanks to the announcement of the dual-SIM Moto G.

Yesterday, the official site of Motorola Australia has just updated their website with a new section for the handset. The Moto G has enjoyed moderate success in the US due to its capable specs albeit the affordable price.

The Moto G packs a 4.5-inch 720p display, 1GB of RAM, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chip with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 8GB or 16GB of storage, Adreno 305 GPU, 5MP+1.3MP camera combo, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0 and runs on Android 4.3 out of the box (upgradeable to Android 4.4) for under AU$250.
