So we’ve already heard that the next-generation iPhones will have bigger screens. But other than that, most of us don’t have any idea what the new iPhones will look like and what will they be packing under the bonnet.

Today, we get a hold of some information that indicates that Cupertino might be planning to put some iPod Nano DNA into the next iPhones. According to Japanese blog Macotakara, the new iPhones will have the same curved metallic body as the 7th generation iPod Nano as well as its different colour options – think of the iPhone 5C but in metal.

Other rumours about the handset include either a 4.7- or a 5.7-inch display and a body that’s 7mm thin. The phones are expected to be announced probably in July or September.
