Samsung’s recently launched Galaxy S5 may not have the 2K display most of us were expecting, but it looks like the Korean tech giant still has some tricks up its sleeves, as a leaked image of what appears to be another smartphone model that will reportedly pack a 2K display and a metallic frame.

The image of the smartphone was uncovered by BGR and was posted on @WindyLeak’s Twitter page. Based on the leaked image, the device will likely have a 5.2-inch display with 2K resolution (approximately 2560 x 1440 pixels).

The phone is enclosed in a black casing so it’s hard to check how much metal (if there is metal at all) used in the construction of the phone. The Galaxy F will also sport a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of memory, and a 16MP rear camera.

Other than those mentioned above, details about the Galaxy F remain scarce. The official announcement date is also unspecified, especially since the supposed announcement of the device is now a month overdue, so we’ll just have to wait when more news comes in from Samsung.
