HP has in the past tried to install Android on devices with different form factor including traditional slates, all-in-one systems and 2-in-1 devices. This time, the American company seems intent on bringing Android OS to notebooks with the HP SlateBook 14.

Details regarding the SlateBook 14 were accidentally posted on the company’s website revealing a few things about the device’s features. Based on the slider image, the notebook will have a 14-inch Full HD touchscreen display an island-style keyboard, a microSD card slot, three USB ports and a HDMI connector.

The notebook will run on an unspecified version of Android and will be powered by an Nvidia quad-core processor. On the connectivity side, the notebook will reportedly have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a SIM card slot for cellular connectivity.
