Last but certainly not the least are UHD TVs. As of today, Samsung and LG have both announced that they will be bringing new 4K TVs in this year’s show.

Samsung for starters has already announced its 105-inch ultra-widescreen UHD TV a couple of weeks ago. The pixel count for this model is 5120 x 2160 and features a 21:9 format.

LG on the other hand is bringing a bigger fleet of 4K TVs in Las Vegas. Aside from the 105-inch model that was announced a few weeks back, the Korean manufacturer is also bringing a series of flat LCD TVs in 65-, 79-, 84- and 98-inch variants that packs a 3840 x 2160 resolution as well as the company’s Tru-Ultra HD Engine Pro that converts SD, HD or Full HD content to 4K and 4K Motion Estimation Motion Compensations (MEMC).

Moreover, LG’s 105-inch model sports the Ultra Surround Concept, which feature 7.2 channel forward facing speakers made by Harman Kardon.
