By Branko Miletic

And Huawei is no exception with the Chinese electronics giant launching the Ascend P1 S – a 6.68mm phone thin smartphone that features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED 960 x 540 touchscreen.

The Ascend P1 S is claimed to be the fastest and most compact smartphone in its class and with a dual-core 1.5GHz Cortext-A9 processor under the hood running the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, it just might live up to what the manufacturer’s hype.

Huawei says the Ascend will be available in Australia, from April this year.
