The release of BlackBerry’s Z3 has long been overdue, especially since its first appearance at Mobile World Congress back in February. But the long wait is over. The company’s latest smartphone is now available for pre-order in Indonesia.

The phone will have a 5-inch qHD display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, an Adreno 305 GPU, 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. The Z3 will also have a 5MP camera at the back and a 1.1MP camera at the front that is capable of capturing 720p videos.

In terms of connectivity, the Z3 comes with Wi-Fi, 3G connectivity, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP and NFC. The phone will carry the company’s BlackBerry OS version 10.2.1 and will be powered by a 2500mAh battery. The Canadian phone-maker will also release a limited edition Z3 dubbed as the “Jakarta” to celebrate the launch of the first BlackBerry smartphone built for the Indonesian market.

The BlackBerry Z3 is expected to go on sale by mid-May for a little over $205. There’s no word yet on international availability.
