Belkin today announced the availability of its newest QODE thin type keyboard for the iPad Air, which like other QODE keyboard cases in the past provides consumers with ultra-thin, lightweight and very portable input devices for their iPads.

The new QODE keyboard (model number F5L155) features a slim profile at just 4mm. The case is built with a solid, unibody construction and features secure-hold magnets that makes it easy to attach on the tablet.

The new keyboard-case combo also features Belkin’s TruType technology that offers a comfortable and natural typing experience similar to that of a full-sized laptop. The keys are designed to be responsive and are well-spaced. The case also packs its own battery which according to Belkin can last up to 79 hours.

The new QODE Thin Type also features smart sensing technology that automatically turns the keyboard on or off when the case is closed. The Belkin QODE Thin Type for the iPad Air is now available in Australia for a recommended retail price of $129.95.
